It is, also, suitable to glaze decorative fruits which are used as cake toppings to keep them fresh and shiny for longer.

  • Application: Cold Glaze that has a delicious taste and lasting glazing is being used for cake coverings and decorations. It doesn’t crack or lose its gloss. Put the required amount of cold gel into a bowl and mix until it takes a spreadable form. It can be applied with a brush or a spatula on pastry products directly or by adding 10% water according to the weather conditions
