- Preparation: 1 kg powder and water (1,50-1,75 lt. of cold water) or milk (1,75-2 lt. of cold milk) depending on the choice, we whisk together for 4-5 minutes. Then, we prepare the mixture and keep in the fridge for 15-25 minutes.
