Instant Dry Yeast For Low Sugar Dough 500 Gr

Instant Dry Yeast For Low Sugar Dough is specially formulated for optimal fermentation in lean and standard doughs with low sugar content. Made from natural yeast, non-GMO, and vacuum-packed for maximum freshness.

Properties:

  • Dough: Provides strong, consistent gas production and fermentation stability. No need for pre-dissolving; mixes directly with dry ingredients. Tolerates a wide range of temperatures and process conditions.
  • Final Product: Ensures a consistent, predictable rise and enhances the development of aromatic notes in the crumb for a traditional, artisan flavor profile.

Dosage: Typically 0.8% – 1.0% of flour weight.

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool (below 25°C/77°F), dry place. To be able to re-use the already-opened packs without causing any loss of activity, it is recommended to seal them tightly and keep them in a cold environment.

Application: 

Ideal for traditional breads, baguettes, crusty sandwich breads, rolls, croissants, continental-style breads, focaccia, steam buns, Middle Eastern flatbreads (e.g., pitta, lavash), multi-grain, rye, and par-baked breads, and pizza bases.

Suitable also for Danish pastries and yeast-raised donuts (0-10% sugar content).

Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture when stored unopened under recommended conditions.
